	Issues A lifelong Republican, Dr. Charles Celano is a member of the Indian River Republican Party Executive Committee and has served as the Party’s Vice Chairman. Dr. Celano is dedicated to conservative Republican principles of less government and lower taxes. In the legislature, he will apply these convictions to every vote he casts.

	Dr. Celano is a proud member of Republicans for Life. With his dedication for life and the sanctity of the unborn, Dr. Celano serves as a member of the Advisory Board for the Carenet Pregnancy Centers of Indian River County. Serving the voters of House District 80, he will be an unwavering supporter for the rights of the unborn.

	In the State Legislature, Dr. Celano will bring his understanding of business and Republican principles to address the issues that are facing the voters of the Eightieth District and Florida: Sound Development and Growth that respects Florida’s precious beauty yet does not impose undue hardships on our business owners. Fairness in property tax relief that will not penalize businesses or create such a burden that our Seniors have to choose between taxes and medication. Availability of property insurance that is affordable and serves it's vital purpose. Education that will bring accountability and foster the growth of our children’s mind

	A staunch believer in the Second Amendment, Dr. Celano is a member of the National Rifle Association (NRA). With his knowledge and understanding of the Second Amendment, he will protect our rights against those who seek to infringe upon our rights.
